What their perfect customer looks like

What they say about themselves
It all started with one woman’s trip to India all the way back in 1974.
Antonia strove to be independent, working with a movement of traders to forge her own path to support her family. Antonia created the first ‘lifestyle’ brand that imported exotic homewares from India, Morocco and Europe to the UK.
On Easter Monday in 1974 we opened our first store on Elgin Crescent, Notting Hill. The store became home to Antonia’s exotic and eclectic finds from around the globe, and you can still find us in the same spot today.
After enormous success with the G&G stores and mail order catalogue, we take the leap to create our very first website for customers from around the UK to browse and shop at home.
After moving to Bath a year before, we found ourselves on the inspiring and independent Walcot Street in Bath’s artisan quarter. This soon became home to our first store outside London and the company’s head office.

Location, Policies and Other Information
- Warehouse Location: Chippenham
- Collection/Viewing: Showrooms in London and Bath
- Returns: 14 days to return, £10 – £48 for courier collection depending on size and type of item
- Graham and Green have a rare combination of several showrooms and a strong online presence. They use their smaller size for good, reducing delivery waste where possible and focusing on customer service.
As a small family business we like to be transparent and honest about our delivery costs. We don’t make any profit from delivering products to our customers and have chosen to charge for delivery and returns rather than hiding it in the price of our products.
We work hard to find the best delivery service for every product we sell, and select a service based on the weight, size and fragility of each item.
All delivery charges apply per order, and not per item; you will only pay for the largest item/service in your order. To reduce emissions and negative environmental impacts, if you’ve ordered furniture items with standard delivery items we will process and despatch everything together. This means that everything will be delivered at once using our specialist courier at a time to suit you, usually within 5-10 working days.
We deliver within mainland UK and also to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, and Isle of Scilly. If you live abroad we’re happy to assist in providing relevant details for arranging a courier to collect from our warehouse. Parcel weight and dimensions may be required when you are sourcing a quote from third party couriers, please contact our customer services team by email here or call +44(0)1225 418 200.
